Essential Functions:

- Working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies;

- Presenting, alongside agency colleagues (particularly the account manager, account leader), the campaign ideas and budget to the client;

- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;

- Working with colleagues, support account leader to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget;

- Liaising with, and acting as the link between the client and supplier, to ensure the communication flows effectively;

- Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients;

- Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;

- Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;

- Writing client reports; Arranging and attending meetings.

Required skills

- At least 2 years marketing/ sales in digital advertising, media and broadcasting or other related fields;

- Good knowledge of marketing, sales, advertising, digital, broadcastings;

- Good at team work and individual working;

- Level of language proficiency: Good verbal, presentation-style and written communication skills in both English & Vietnamese.;

- Strong orientation, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skill;

- Have willingness to work long hours, often under pressure;

- A passion for advertising and an understanding of what makes a good advertisement.
