Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a polite way as soon as they arrive at the office;

- Ensure reception area to be always tidy and presentable;

- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/ deliveries twice/day;

- Call & record delivery service for sending letter/document;

- Prepare the meeting room & ensure that visitors are served with water quickly;

- Supervise & control cleaner's duties: working time, cleaning desks & glasses… to maitain a good working environment for everyone;

- Maintain office equipments: Photo machine, A/C, Laptop…

- Quickly contact service company for installing, checking or repairing laptop/computer, photo machine;

-  Follow up & manage office inquiries: stationery order, birthday flower, drinking water, grocery…

- Quickly provide necessary stationery/grocery for everyone upon request;

- Register parking card for new staff;

- Maintain office equipments & quickly act in case of nescessary: phones, internet, air conditioners…

- Collect administrative invoices and make monthly report to accounting dept;

- Provide & support general administrative functions for other teams;

- Cooperate with HCM admin for general administrative duties;

- Update HCM admin & accounting if there is any arising expenses;

- Support HR team for monthly working records of Hanoi team & make appointment with interviewer upon request; prepare for new hires;

- Other duties depending on specific situations requested by other teams

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel);

- Willing to learn, hard working and to grow with the company;

- Good command English
