Job description:

  • Assist all of the event processes
  • Assist to order products, equipments and items from supplier.
  • Travel on the site to inspect the ongoing arrangements, preparations and the changes needed to suit the need of the client.
  • Asssist to make some kinds of paperwork after event; Assist to prepare daily report, weekly report and final report and update clients.
  • Ensure event to go smoothly and have no glitches.
  • Other tasks requested by Manager.

Required Skills:

  • We are welcome fresh graduates            
  • Having experience in organizing events is a plus
  • Good time management and communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Level of language proficiency: Good verbal, presentation-style and written communication skills in both English & Vietnamese.
